I am sorry to tell you dear but you cannot go for degree courses i.e graduation directly after your class 10th without completing your 10+2 /intermediate even in open universities

For example,
IGNOU is the most reputed and well known open university and to be eligible for admission in IGNOU in graduation , let's say BA , it is mandatory to have completed their 10+2 or its equivalent.

For degree courses like Bsc, ba,bcom etc , no entrance examination is conducted in open University like IGNOU .Admission is directly given if you have passed your 10+2
