For MCA from DU you need to give an entrance. DU MCA entrance Exam consists of 50 objective type questions which is to be completed in 2 hours. DU MCA exam is divided into four categories- English, Mathematics, Computer Science and Logical Ability. The final admission to the DU MCA course is done on the basis of entrance exam and interview. 85% weightage is given to entrance exam while 15% weightage is given to interview.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED IS GIVEN BELOW :-

• According to DU MCA eligibility criteria 2019, candidates need to have a graduation degree from Delhi University or any other university whose exams is accorded recognition as equivalent to that of University of Delhi.

• Candidates are required to have at least one paper in Mathematical Sciences (operational research, statistics, mathematics, computer science) under annual mode.

• Candidates need to have minimum two papers in Mathematical Sciences (Computer Science, Statistics, Operational Research, Mathematics) in semester mode or equivalent degree.

• DU MCA eligibility criteria 2019 mentions that the candidate must have at least 60% marks in aggregate.

• Candidates who are in the final year of their graduation are also eligible to appear in DU MCA entrance test. All the candidates who belong to the reserved category, they will get certain relaxation as per the rules and regulations laid down by Delhi University.
