First of all , no one can tell you the exact marks or cut off for any category of any exam. However, the cutoff can be only expected by the analysis of previous paper and cut off trends. So as per analysis, the expected cut off for PH OBC candidate is 40th percentile which means score should be in between 96-106 to get qualified for the NEET 2019.
