Hello Student, RBA category means resident of backward area s.

RBA is a category of reservation category like OBC. The advantages obtained by OBC category  the same advantages obtained . According to Central list operation category OBC category and their  27% reservation in  any of the educational institutions exam and for jobs reservation. RBA category candidate also enjoy the same. The Neet cutoff 2020 previous years cutoff for OBC was 136 to 113. RBA category  cut off was 96 for 2020 Neet exam.. This year in 2021 Neet exam RBA reservation may be the same or may be changed to some extent if the number of candidates for appearing in NEET exam increased , the meritorious student comes successful and the difficulty level of questions arise more.

So the cutoff for Neet exam for RBA category student in 2021 will be  published after the Neet exam result is published  .
