Ved, I'm assuming you're asking the cutoff of GATE scores for the recruitment process of AAI.
Now this question is very difficult to answer, because it all depends on the number of vacancies. It's not fixed, like for MTech from any college, because in that case the number of seats are known.
But in general, you'll have a good chance if you're GATE rank is within 150-200.
