Hey.

Here is a list of various government medical colleges in Chennai and their respective cut offs for admission in 2018 under the All India quota for the general category. The colleges in Chennai are among the top colleges in Tamil nadu hence their cut off is higher than other colleges. You'd require a score above 585 atleast for a fair chance of admission in Chennai through All India quota. For admission in other colleges in Tamil Nadu you'd require a score of 560 and above at least 

Stanley Medical College, Chennai 3,858 591

Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai 4,713 584

Madras Medical College, Chennai 2,417 605
