Hi Hareesh, the fee structure remains the same for all categorues as it is a private institute and there is only fee waiver for Economically weaker section (EWS). VIT Vellore offers a 5 year course full time in B.Arch. it is around 14.3 lakhs at the end of 5 years. The fee breakup for each year is, 

1st year - 2.88 lakhs 

2nd - 5th year - 2.85 lakhs 

The tution fee is 2.85 lakhs and 3000 is the caution deposit paid at first year.
