The fee structure of boys hostel of Government Polytechnic, Lucknow ranges around INR 4,000 - 5,000 . And students are also needed to provide a security deposit, which is later on refundable .

For admission in polytechnic courses , students need to appear as well as qualify UPJEE ( Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Exam ) . Further selection will be made on the basis of counselling and those who will qualify the minimum cut- off for GPL , shall be considered for admission .
