The fee for BPT courses vary from 1lakhs - 5 lakhs and different college have different fee structures.

And yes from academic year 2017, NEET is compulsory for all health science courses. Some private universities give admission without NEET, not sure whether course completed from such universities is really valid. ... If you want to pursue Physiotherapy, it is not mandatory to clear NEET entrance exam.
