The fees of MBBS course depends on many factors like the quota and your merit. Generally, government colleges have low fees while private colleges have high fee structure. You can get to a Medical College based on All India or State Quota.

If you see the fees of Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi its Rs. 240 annually. For Goa Medical College, Panaji its Rs. 89,500 anually. In AIIMS its Rs. 5856 annually.

In private colleges the entry gates are Management, NRI and Government Quota (less fees compared to other two).
