For pure government - 1000- 10000 rs per year
For semi government - 20000-1 lac per year
For semi private -  5-6 lacs per year
For pure private -15-20 lacs per year

It totally depends upon which college you are planning to study.

If you are going for private then it's way too high costing approx 10lakhs per year...while government colleges are comparatively less costly with 5k - 6k per semester.
