Well the fee structure for most of the government medical colleges is very low as compared to private ones and range within few thousands per annum. And the safe score that you can aim for is 450+ if you want to guarantee yourself a seat. There is no hard and fast rule in terms of cut off so you need to be safe and always one step ahead of what already happened.
