i hope you are doing well ,B-Tech is 4 years undergraduates course duration of 4 years .Across India More then 20 IITs are present and course fees is different according different IIT  and Fees structure is different by Category wise like General category ,OBC,Schedule cast .

But for completion of B tech degree minimum cost is  7-9 lakh for general category.They also offer  TFW  for those aspirants whose  parents income is less then 5 lakh per annual with they provides scholarship for aspirants .
