The final judgement was that, the NIOS student s were eligible for NEET 2019 or AIIMS or JIPMER and will also be eligible for subsequent years too (NEET 2020 and so on) as now NIOS will be considered as an equivalent to 12th board. So, if you are planning for NEET 2020, you may appear for it without any doubt.
