Hi Candidate! There are many short names in upsee counselling due to this some of the students confused and didn't understand the meaning of that. Some are opgl, opph, opff, opaf. 

The full form of opff in upsee is opening freedom fighter. And if you want to know more about this category please Google it.

With some searches, I have been able to find that OPFF means Opening Freedom Fighter in UPSEE Counselling. However, I am not 100% sure about this information. Please try and google it more and if this information is not complete, then please comment.
