Shoes are something that everybody likes what is lucky about shoes or footwear design in India is that there is not just sneakers/ stilettos/office shoes/platforms/sports shoes but there is the entire Indian shoe experience so the jutis , kolapuris , and a lot of craft can come from that and it can also merge in the other regular shoes. So there is a future, people today are more and more interested in what they wear, how they live and they are more careful about what they select because it represents themselves  so if you are wearing a particular kind of shoe it means you are a particular kind of person. Same is for necklaces, sarees and things like that. So there is a good future in footwear design. Footwear is a part of accessory design.
