Importance of choice filling is your will list out the college names in the counselling application.

Only those college options will be most possible option. You can't change for other college option even you are eligible for it.

Counselling process will select your college options and check if your are eligible for the campus then offer you for admission. if not then you will forwarded to next round.

if you give 5 college names then you will get college from those 5 only. if you rank is not eligible then you won't get any campus.
