The last date to upload any sort of category certificate as per JEE is 5th June, 2019. I would suggest you to upload it as soon as possible. If in case you fail to do so before deadline, you won't qualify for the above stated category during JOSAA counselling which will ultimately lead to no seat as per the above category.
