Usually the cut off mark for getting admission in a Government Medical College in Tamil Nadu via 85 percent State Quota is around 380. However cut off varies from year to as it depends on number of candidates registered for NEET and difficulty of question paper. So, I would suggest you to target for a score of 450+ to be on a safer side.
