based on my research, there is a scholarship that UP govt gives you if you join colleges affiliated to AKTU. doesnt matter if it is private or govt college. but it must be affiliated to AKTU.

general category students get scholarship around 30k INR. and OBC get around 50k INR and sc gets around 100K INR.

this is more or less standard. so what is maximum is this. minimum is upto the scholarship provider.
