Eligibility of 75% in xii board is that you must score minimum 75% in xii board in PCM subjects. This is qualifying percentage of xii board for admission to NIT and IIT colleges. Top 20 percentile means you must score qualifying percentile for jee main, which is required for getting seat in NIT and iit colleges.
