Hey!

Government quota seats in Private college means that government of a particular state has some control over the seats of private college which is situated in that particular state.

If any candidate gets a government seat in private college then they get relaxation in the fee structure I.e. they don't have to pay the normal amount. Their college fee is less as compared to the normal fee which is paid by other students. Students taking admission from government quota have to pay a reasonable amount which is fixed by government.

Apart from this there is no difference as such. They have to attend same classes and follow same set of rules and regulations that is there for every student.
