Such UNIVERSITY or Institute is really good which have better students-faculties ratio..It is ratio of number of students to the total number of Faculties of any UNIVERSITY or Institute..You can pursue Btech from goverment Engineering College or top private Engineering College of karanataka because these Institute have good students and Faculties ratio..
