The admissions into any bams colleges are always based on neet marks 
The cutoff for all these colleges is always based on different factors like category, difficulty of the paper, no of the students have written and so on.
There are three types of colleges
Government 
Semi government 
Private
To get into government colleges, the cutoff marks are 480 for general and 450 for obc and 420 for sc and st
To get into even the private colleges, the cutoff marks is 350 for general and 300 for obc and 250 for sc and st

It can not be predicted .. however try to have score of 400+ marks in neet ug, to get a bams seat in good govt. college..

Only admission to mbbs is done through neet not BAMS... Entrance for BAMS is conducted by kcet. Check the official kcet website for more info.
