I think your question is incomplete because you mentioned as the minimum cutoff for jee main to get into college ,you didn't mentioned any college name.

   Cutoff will vary with college.every college will have  different cutoffs.

NTA have not officially declared any cut off lists yet, they will publish the list after JEE April session.
There are two lists that will be published, (1)The qualifying cut off: the marks required to qualify for JEE advanced.
(2) The admission cut off: Marks required to get admission in specific institutes and in specific branches.

however, For maximum private universities, they have management quota and their own cut off lists.
