Hi pretty ..PSUs are of three types MAHARATNA like BHEL,SAIL NAVRATNA like NTPC and MINIRATNA which includes other PSUs.Talking about civil engineering if u are an unreserved category student then to get any PSU your gate score must be greater than 75 But every fluctuations are there but as competition for CE is great score less than 75 is not feasible.
