Since you have not mentioned the name of the medical exam so I am assuming it to be NEET.

The qualifying percentile in NEET is as follows:-

Qualifying Percentile

Category	Cutoff Percentile
Unreserved	50th Percentile
OBC/SC/ST	40th Percentile
UR PwD	45th Percentile
