There is no separate quota for girls in NITs ,cutoff varied from year from year you might not be predict accurately and also it depends upon the caste .

There is no any girl quota in NITs, You might get the female quota in your state level entrance exam. The cutoff varies year to year & depends on various factor like caste category, No. of candidate appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam etc. But try to score more than 200 as a General category to get a seat for CSE branch for Home state Quota.
