The government Colleges provide you a good education with low fees and more facilities.

You can even score above 380,but here there are no much chances in getting a seats in government colleges.But you will be getting a seat in private college in which you will be in need to pay higher Fees.

scoring best and getting done in lower amount is good.So do your best,hope for the least.
