As the cut off depends on the branch, category and IIIT but generally to get admission in lower IIIT 120 marks should be there but if you wish to get seat in top IIITs then more than 150 would be required. 

Besides this, minimum cut off for NIT is not yet announced.

This again varies each year so you make check the cut off previous year in various institutes
