There is no such minimum percentile below which you can't get admission into any of the NITs. However, it is mandatory to achieve a certain minimum percentile in JEE Main to be eligible for JEE Advanced. Based on the previous years' trends, you have some chances of getting into one of the NITs on the basis of this percentile and from ST category.
