Hello,

- The JEE Main 2025 exam pattern for B.E/B.Tech (Paper 1) will consist of three subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

- Each subject will have 30 questions, divided into two sections: 20 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and 10 numerical value questions.

- Out of these 10 numerical questions, candidates must attempt only 5.

- The total marks for Paper 1 are 300.

The exam will follow a marking scheme where each correct answer in MCQs will earn 4 marks, and 1 mark will be deducted for incorrect answers.

However, there will be no negative marking for unanswered questions or for numerical value questions. The exam duration is 3 hours and will be conducted in a computer-based format.

Additionally, the exam will be held in two sessions—likely in January and April 2025.
