The NCHMCT JEE 2025 consists of 200 multiple-choice questions divided into five sections: English Language (60 questions), Aptitude for Service Sector (50 questions), General Knowledge & Current Affairs (30 questions), Reasoning & Logical Deduction (30 questions), and Numerical Ability & Scientific Aptitude (30 questions). Each correct answer earns +4 marks, while each incorrect answer incurs a -1 mark penalty.
