The NCHMCT JEE consists of 120 multiple-choice questions divided into five sections: English Language (45 questions), Aptitude for Service Sector (30 questions), General Knowledge & Current Affairs (15 questions), Reasoning & Logical Deduction (15 questions), and Numerical Ability & Scientific Aptitude (15 questions). Each correct answer earns +4 marks, while each incorrect answer incurs a -1 mark penalty.
