The placement criteria is the same for more or less all courses at UPES. Companies that come for recruitment might look at the students’ scores in University exams, or some might conduct their own exams.

The average annual package received by students of UPES School of Business after MBA is Rs. 7- 7.5 lakh per annum. The highest package received in 2021 was Rs. 25 LPA.
