The opportunities you will get after BTech in IT is same as CSE.. Most of the companies allow IT along with CSE..

So don't worry, you can opt for IT as a good alternative of CSE..

Companies you can expect are Microsoft, Amazon, Cisco, De shaw, eBay, sap labs, Code nation, Mckinsey, Intel, Qualcomm,Adobe, Texas Instruments, Nutanix etc do visit our campus.. you can expect 45-50(or more) super dream companies (with CTC above 10lpa) visit.. Normally BTech CSE/IT get quite good offers ranging from 10lpa to 30lpa..

Apart from placement, the department is quite active in competitive coding and hence you can expect a good learning experience..
