First of all you'll have to be a graduate. And it's always better to have at least 2 years of work experience if you want to pursue MBA from a good college. After that you'll have to appear for exams like GMAT/IELTS /TOEFL and your scores and your profile will decide what kind of colleges you can get.

For doing MBA in abroad you have to appear for GMAT and  you have to appear for TOFFEL after the verbal ability section of GMAT is very tough , so you should be having very good vocabulary , the fees for GMAT exam is nearly 11k , you should have bachelors degree certificate with minimum marks of 60%
