Hii Mayank,

To do Masters in Technology or Masters in engineering one need to complete his Graduation degree in Engineering or technology. This is the basic eligibility criteria.

After completing your graduation if you want to get admission in IIT's or NIT's to do masters you need to Write the GATE(Graduate Aptitude Test of Engineering) exam. This is the national level entrance exam to get admission in various IIT's and NIT's to do Masters.

To get admission in reputated IIT's or NIT's you should get a minimum of 60-70 marks out of 100 in GATE exam.
