Since you have already come through the previous rounds so you might be using the float option i am assuming. So whenever you change your option like this from float to freeze you need to report at the centre to confirm so but since this round is going to be allegedly the last round even a float will automaticaly freeze your seat. So you need to physically report at the allotted institute now.

If you have been allotted a seat in the first round, then you can float.

Suppose, that your seat gets upgraded. In this case, you have to wait until the 3rd round to get your final upgraded seat. After this report to the RC and collect your allocation letter ( the institute name is mentioned in this).

Following this, report to the institute and complete the admission procedure.
