you do not have to pay total amount of the fees you have to pay the fees of the semester. However you can pay some fee and ask time for paying the rest of the fees  of in sometime

You can pay online, cash payment at campus, DD in favour of the college. You don't have to pay the entire fee. You have pay only the semester fees. You also have an option to pay a small amount first and then the remaining semester fees within one month.
