Hey Prakash,

Spot Round Counselling is that last round of counselling in which all the colleges affiliated with wbjee report at the allocation centre with the status of their vacant seats left. So a candidate who don't get any seat in previous rounds can register in this round and can fill their choices again for Counselling process.

The information about the dates for spot round are not released yet on the official website. Good Luck!
