the admissions in MNNIT will be carried out by jee mains score too.so you can give jee mains to earn admission in MNNIT. if you score 220+ in jee mains you may have a chance to get top branches like cse .,etc but we can't say it as precisely because the cut-off will be changes with every year due to different parameters like no.of students appearing for this year and your category etc.,.so please refer below links for your reference,

When you appear for JEE main you will be given all India ranks and once JEE advanced concludes the process for counselling begins by the joint seat allocation authority in they are you need to provide the choices of your courses and colleges so based on your preferences you will be allotted colleges depending upon your rank in number of students given preference to the college so 220 marks is considered as good and you will be getting MNIT Allahabad.
