If a student is not qualified in neet  then you have some other examinations for medical students that are conducted by other medical colleges like JIPMER , also so there are so many colleges which provide seats based upon the state entrances taken like kcet,mhcet,wbjee.
Else if you does not qualify in any e of these entrance tests then you can take admission in any of the private colleges by pying hefty  sum of money
