What is the qualifying percentaile for candidates of OBC-NCL?

Hello

You can not get to know right now about the qualifying percentile. 

The qualifying percentile will only be told after the 2nd exam also takes place. You will have to wait till April to know that. The qualifying percentile for all the categories will be told together only.

The NTA agency will not give any cutoff for January they will give the cutoff in April. The cutoff will be given along with the result of the mains of April . so we request you to wait until the April .
