It is highly unlikely to predict a rank as Amrita does not has a clear cut-off for AEEE. Also, you have a low score so your rank if I had to approximate should be above 35k.

The cut off rankings vary every year owing to several factors so the above results might vary, but it will probably be around this number or even higher

With this rank, you have a very slim chance of getting a seat at Amrita. I however suggest waiting till Amrita publishes the rank list and accordingly apply for counseling and hope for the best.

Also, if you have a JEE score and have applied with both AEEE and JEE during form filling that might also help you during CASP (centralized seat allotment process) and increase your chances of getting a seat

Cutoffs vary from branch to branch for different campus depending upon number of students appeared for the exam, difficulty level of paper and number of seats available. So your exact rank cannot be predicted.

To get a secured CSE seat in Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham your should score more than 150 marks out of 180 marks in AEEE.
With a score of 35/180 it is difficult for you to get into top branches like CSE and ECE from any of the Amrita campuses. Even the home state quota won't help.

If you want to get into CSE then I suggest you to go for other colleges for which you had given entrance exams.
Otherwise you will have to get admission through management quota.
