There are many councellings on the basis of JEE Mains rank. Different colleges have different criteria but the most obvioua is for NIT, IIIT, Centrally Funded GFTI's and IITs is JOSAA. For this you have to register on the website of JOSAA which is free of cost and participation in councelling is also free.
Other methods are like JAC Delhi for Delhi government colleges, JAC Chandigarh for Chandigarh and some Punjab government colleges etc.
