salary structure depends on organization where you employed  and your work weight age. salary is same for same  organization in any parts of india. in generally fresher candidates gets 15k-25k salary in private organization of cicbil engineering which are related with field works. if you work in designing and autocad based work in reputed farm you may get 25k-28k salary in hand.
