Hello dear,
There's nothing like that. MBBS is an undergraduate course . The syllabus includes all the fields in general and everyone has to study everything irrespective of the branch he/she wants to opt in the future .
But starting salary of an gynecologist ranges from 4lakh to 6lakh per annum.
