This is a very relative question and has a lot of factors at play in defining what a doctor is going to earn post MBBS. The figure may be around 50k for posting in some hospital and will gradually increase with the experience or maybe the doctor decides to open his/her own clinic and in that case the figure varies drastically and can be 50k or even 100k.
