This usually depends on colleges and scholarship options but the normal rule is you have to pay fees for 4.5 years of your college fees.

Most of the colleges that is taking the internship period  and you usually get paid a stipend on your internship so check out with your college.

For a government aided college student stipend is around Rs. 25000 - 30000
