The annual fee of B. Tech in Electronics and Computer Engineering (ECE) of SRM University, Ramapuram Campus is INR 125000/-. Along with this, there is a first year one-time non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee of INR 10,000/-

Apart from this, there is an additional exam fee per semester based on the no. of subjects registered for examination, Book fee per year of INR 15,000/- and Career Development fee per year of INR 20,000/- for Ramapuram campus.
